Research On Delivery Routing Problem Of Professional Delivery And Takeout Considering Time-varying And Weather Effects

With the rapid development of the new retail model,the food delivery industry has developed more and more rapidly,and "order food delivery" has become one of the mainstream lifestyles of people.With the weakening of capital subsidy dividends,the food delivery industry is facing more severe market competition pressure.At present,the domestic food delivery industry has basically formed a "two heroes fighting for hegemony" between Ele.me and Meituan.The basic formation of the market structure has caused the major takeaway platforms to change their main focus of improving their competitiveness to how to improve the delivery service level and reduce the distribution cost.The huge takeaway market brings about the increasing pressure of distribution,and more takeaway companies.The focus is on the optimization of distribution services.Therefore,how to reasonably optimize the current delivery route of food delivery to achieve the improvement of delivery service level and the reduction of delivery cost has become an urgent problem for current food delivery companies.In this context,taking into account the characteristics of takeout delivery affected by time and weather changes,this paper analyzes the impact of time-varying and weather conditions on the takeout delivery path,and takes the delivery platform to provide professional delivery services as the scene to analyze and optimize the delivery path.First of all,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the delivery route problem,and points out that the current delivery route planning is affected by the personalized characteristics,time-varying characteristics and weather conditions of the delivery mode,mainly including the characteristics of the level of delivery personnel,the time-varying characteristics of the delivery speed of the merchant,the time-varying characteristics of the delivery mode,and the time-varying characteristics of the delivery speed of the merchant In different weather conditions,the influence of the different characteristics of the driver's speed and customer satisfaction on the route planning problem of special delivery of takeout is analyzed;Secondly,combined with the above analysis,the speed change function and overtime penalty function of each link are described.The two-stage modeling method is adopted to minimize the delivery cost and maximize customer satisfaction.The minimum delivery cost of the delivery platform and the highest level of the selected delivery personnel are taken as the objective function,the initial static delivery path model and the dynamic delivery path model of special delivery for takeout include the constraints of order taking and delivery,yard closure,maximum order receiving quantity at one time,node moving time,pick-up time and the change of speed affected by weather,the corresponding genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem;Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out for the two parameters of the total level requirements of the selected delivery personnel and the maximum one-time order quantity limit.According to the results,the analysis conclusions and management suggestions are put forward.This article has 28 figures,9 tables and 58 reference articles.
