City Street Lighting / Monitor Research And Development Of Remote Support Subsystem

With the development of technologies in computer science network mobile communication, lots of new technologies appeared, which made the design of more and more advanced monitor-system for city lighting in its functions to be possible. Based on summarization of the deficiency of existing city lighting system and requirements of users, a framework of street-lamp remote-supervisor system which founded on GPRS/Internet was designed in this thesis. Wireless communication mode of GPRS was adopted in the system. With client installed in any computers which links to the internet, users can learn of information about city lighting system or control the system in their allowable purview without the limit of region. .Net technology was used to make research in implementing the system after the structure of the system was given. Also the prospective functions of the system had been realized initially in the condition of laboratory. Along with further research and experiment, it is trustful that the system could make a good application in practice.
