Research On Card Intelligent Sorting And Packing Control System

In this paper,an intelligent card sorting and packaging system is designed to deal with the problem of card recycling.At present,there are relatively few researches on the card sorting and packaging system at home and abroad,and the method of manual processing is basically adopted.Therefore,a kind of intelligent card processing system is studied in order to simplify the current sorting and packaging process and greatly improve the work efficiency.This paper analyzes the current research status and development trend of card recycling intelligent processing based on PLC and STM32 single-chip microcomputer control board design,the main research is as follows:In terms of scheme design,according to the task requirements,the system function objectives are established to complete the scheme design of the card sorting and packaging control system,which is mainly composed of four parts: mechanical structure,sorting control system,packaging control system and computer terminal control interface.DCS(distributed control system)is selected for the overall control of the system.DCS has strong flexibility and relatively independent modules,which makes the stability of the whole system stronger.For the design of the measurement and control system of sorting mechanism,S7-1200 PLC is adopted for control,the transmission of the card is realized by controlling the operation of the motor,and the position of the card is detected by photoelectric sensor;For the card quality detection unit,the quality of the card is identified through the card reader,and the identified good or bad cards are transmitted to the corresponding locations;For the system design of the packaging mechanism,a STM32 single-chip microcomputer control board with multi-input and multi-output function is designed to control the operation of the mechanical structure of the packaging part and complete the packaging of the cards.For the design of computer control terminal,based on Visio Studio and SQL Server software,the upper computer monitoring and control interface of the system is developed.The upper computer interface has functions such as card management,sorting control and display.Among them,the card management can realize the functions of statistical query,inventory management and bad card management.Clearing control includes controlling the start,stop and stop of the machine;The display section mainly displays the read bit,scrap bit,temporary bit,card number and packing bit,etc.The monitoring data is stored in the database for subsequent data call processing.Finally,the card sorting,quality testing and packaging device were debugged and tested respectively,and the whole equipment test was completed and successful,which was verified by the engineering practice.The experimental results show that this system can effectively improve the efficiency of card recycling,reduce the working intensity of personnel,and at the same time,enhance the security of card storage and transportation,which has great practical significance.
