Sorting and sorting items before storage is a high-intensity work,which is mostly done by robots.In order to improve the intelligence of robot sorting,it is a good choice to add visual system to the robot.According to the characteristics of image information processed by visual system of sorting robot,the management system of goods warehouse is designed,which can improve the sorting efficiency of goods and further improve the automation management level of warehouse.This paper describes an integrated operation design scheme which combines robot visual sorting system with warehouse management system.Its hardware control system structure adopts the form of upper and lower computer.The upper computer mainly completes image acquisition and processing,warehouse automation management and motion coordinate generation of sorting robot,and sends coordinate data to the lower computer through ethernet.The lower computer receives data from the upper computer as a servo controller and generates motion control instructions to drive the robot to complete the corresponding actions.The image processing system of visual sorting robot is designed by using Halcon software in the upper computer.It can recognize the color,shape and area of the object and determine the specific position coordinates of the object.Using SQL server to build database,using the QT design interface can complete five operation functions of goods in and out warehouse management,inventory management,sub-warehouse management,product management and communication with PLC.The client communication software is designed by VS2017,and the program integration of the above development tools is convenient for unified operation.Finally,Step7 is used to design the communication and motion control program of the lower computer PLC server to complete the control of the robot,and the software of the upper and lower computer is debugged jointly.The debugging results show that thesystem can complete the automatic management of sorting out and entering the warehouse according to the image characteristics of the items.
