In recent years,as the growth of China's economic structure has undergone fundamental changes,Consumption has become the first driver of China's economic growth.According to the National Bureau of Statistics,final consumption expenditure contributed 58.8% to economic growth in 2017,26.7% above the total contribution of capital formation.Also become a high-frequency hot word.At present,we can see the consumer from price direction to quality experience.Entertainment,emotional demands of consumer change has been the trend,which will mean that many industries have welcomed new challenges and opportunities,the smart phone industry is one of them.In the information and communications industry,It is not "sunshine always after storm" but "demand is always after construction".As a leader and innovator in the global information and communication technology(ICT)industry,TX put forward the M-ICT concept.ICT for the future as early as 2014.Industry is driven by innovation,full of huge imagination,A brand new world is beginning to emerge: everything is interconnected everywhere,the virtual world is all over the world,the business is clouded,and the sharing economy is becoming the trend.TX launched its M-ICT2.0 strategy on August 2016.With the arrival of the 5 G era,smart phone products,as the most important equipment in the mobile internet era,are one of the three major business sectors of TX.This paper uses PEST tools comprehensively from the political,economic,social cultural and technological analysis of four aspects of the macro environment of the TX Corp;and then use the Michael Porter five forces model analysis of the company's industry environment,the enterprise and industry environment,between the chain and other point and this conflict.On the basis of the TX Corp's internal and external environment of the SWOT analysis,analysis shows that the TX Corp in a more favorable macroeconomic environment,the development of intelligent mobile phone industry in the future,provide great opportunities for the TX Corp,and TX has good basic advantages: advanced production technology,excellent quality assurance,extensive sales and service support,high quality human resources and government support.Through the above analysis,this paper puts forward the basic competitive strategy and function strategy for TX Corp smart phone products and effective safeguard measures for the implementation stage of the whole strategy.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference and enlightenment for TX and other mobile phone terminal manufacturers.
