After entering the 21st century,the global expansion of mobile phone production has produced a new form of international trade known as "mission trade".The purpose of this paper is to explain the governance structure,governance model,income distributio n and spatial distribution of the global value chain of the mobile phone industry,explain the power relationship structure,organizational model and its formation motivation of the global value chain of the mobile phone industry,and objectively judge China.The position of the mobile phone industry in the global value chain.The study found that,first,the leading companies with core brands,core component suppliers,and strong platform leaders have strong monopoly power,and the corresponding income dis tribution from the value chain is also higher.Second,at present,mobile phones The industry chain has formed a modular governance model,which is due to the reduction of transaction complexity(modular product architecture)and transaction standardizatio n capabilities(CAD,digital communication technology,Internet)and high levels represented by contract manufacturers.The emergence of suppliers;Third,the global division of labor in the mobile phone industry presents an obvious three-pole pattern.Among them,the United States concentrates on the most powerful brands in the global market and the vast majority of the core technology patents in the world,while Korea provides many core components.And the brand with the highest market share,China is the global processing and assembly base,and provides general parts and raw materials,as well as low-end brands.Fourth,in the distribution of income estimated by sales price,the United States and South Korea Developed countries are the biggest beneficiaries of the global value chain of the mobile phone industry.China's developing countries receive relatively low returns.
