Development Of Key Energy-Using Equipment Efficiency Management System

As an important energy consumption industry in China,the energy consumption of industry accounts for more than 70% of the total energy consumption of the country,which is the focus of energy conservation and consumption reduction.Among them,the energy efficiency management of key energy-using equipment in industrial enterprises is an important means to improve the energy efficiency,and plays an important role in industrial energy saving.There is a certain danger in the operation of energy-using equipment.Once there is a safety accident,it will bring incalculable personal and economic losses.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the safety inspection of energy-using equipment.At the same time,the energy consumption of energy-using equipment is the main source of energy consumption of enterprises.However,in the actual operation process,the energy consumption is large,the efficiency is low,the management is extensive,the waste is serious,most of the equipment can not reach the full load operation state,which seriously consumes the existing resources of our country,and has great energy saving potential.Enterprises must fully consider the operation safety of energy-using equipment and strengthen the energy efficiency management of energy-using equipment.At present,there are few software about the energy efficiency management of energy-using equipment.Most of the energy efficiency testing institutions and even enterprises themselves can not effectively manage the energy-using equipment,resulting in production safety risks and energy waste.On this basis,this paper analyzes the safety inspection and energy efficiency management of key energy-using equipment in detail,establishes the energy efficiency model of key energy-using equipment,introduces the advanced visualization software WPF and MySQL open source database technology,expounds the development process of energy efficiency management system of key energy-using equipment,and takes Baoshan iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.2050 unit 3-step rolling reheating furnace this example proves the feasibility of the system.
