As a rapidly developing intelligent manufacturing technology,3D printing has been widely used in medical,food,education and other industries.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of level of consumption,3D printing,with its unique manufacturing advantages,can fully meet the personalized and diversified needs of many consumers.In this paper,a multi-material 3D printer is designed by combining extruding technology of paste material and melting extruding technology.Firstly,dough plastic material,soap material,ceramic material and luminous PLA wire were prepared and their material properties were studied.Secondly,according to the principle of safety system engineering,combined with the multi-material 3D printer structure framework,the safety assessment is carried out to comprehensively evaluate the possible hazard factors and severity in the whole life cycle of 3D printer.Then according to the results of safety assessment,the mechanical system and control system of multi-material 3D printing are designed.Finally,the prototype production is completed,and the experimental verification is carried out.The optimum technological parameters of ceramic materials are as follows: printing speed of 50 mm / s,plunger extrusion speed of 22 R / min,printing layer height of 0.3 mm,nozzle diameter of 0.8 mm,top sealing layer number of 8 layers;the optimum formula of surface plastic materials is: 350 parts of wheat flour,170 parts of glutinous rice flour,40 parts of redispersible latex powder,35 parts of microcrystalline cellulose,510 parts of water,12 parts of lubricant,6 parts of antibacterial agent and mildew inhibitor 1.5 copies;the best process parameters of soap material under the clearance of 0.3mm between nozzle and printing platform are: printing temperature 58 ?,printing speed 60 mm / s,printing layer thickness 0.4mm,nozzle diameter 1.0mm;the best printing temperature of luminous PLA wire is 200 ?,and the luminous PLA wire model with 19% luminous powder content has better brightness effect.
