Today,information processors are widely used in many fields.Especially in the radar equipment,the information processor has a very important role in target detection,signal processing,etc.With the development of techn ology,the integration of information processors is getting higher and higher,and the functions and structures have become more complicated.Therefore,it is necessary to design a general information processor measurement and control platform to complete the function test of each part of the information processor.It is of great significance to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the information processor.Based on the analysis of the research status of the information processor test technology and test requirements,this thesis draws up the overall design plan of the test equipment.The system uses the current mainstream ZYNQ chip as the core controller.For the system hardware design,considering the numerous peripheral interfaces,the master-slave dual ZYNQ controller is used to achieve.The master controller is used for human-computer interaction and sends instructions to the slave controller.The slave controller performs specific tasks under the control of the host,and the two communicate through the network port.System peripheral interfaces mainly include optical fiber interface,RS-422 bus interface and DA analog output interface.In order to realize all functions,two controllers are equipped with different expansion boards.The firmware design of the system mainly realizes the control of the hardware circuit,and the communication data is buffered and sent to the PS for further processing.The software part of the system first designs the network communication program of the two controllers.Then design the communication interface of the module in the main controller to realize the sending,receiving and displaying of data.In addition,the software realizes dynamic reconfiguration of the communication rate by dynamically loading the b it stream for the fiber optic communication module.Finally,this thesis introduces the results of system functional simulation and hardware testing.First,simulate and verify the firmware logic of the key modules of the system.Then tested the parameters of multiple clock signals and IQ modulation signals in the system.And verify and analyze the DMA transfer rate and the actual rate of the SRIO protocol.The test results meet the system design requirements.
