Research On The Smart Enterprise Operating Platform Of An Institute's Based On Enterprise Architecture Theory

In the era of Internet economy,many manufacturing companies began to use the burgeoning information technology such as Internet of Things and cloud computing to further improve the organizational flexibility of enterprises and better respond to the rapidly changing market needs.The concept of "smart enterprise" came into being.The construction of smart enterprise is a comprehensive system.It is based on informatization but it doesn't mean limited to informatization.In general,the construction standards,functional mechanisms,and construction ideas of smart enterprises at home and abroad are still not clear enough,and there is no consensus on the construction methods.The thesis attempts to summarize the proposed smart enterprise system construction model,and analyzes and studies the carrier-smart enterprise operation platform structure,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance.The thesis takes the informationalized,networked and intelligent methods means to the research,production and management process of the enterprise,and takes the typical military-civilian integration and strategic control enterprise-an institute as the research object,with the control and adjustment intelligence as the research object.The research entry point is carried out from three aspects: the construction and implementation mechanism of the smart enterprise system,the operating platform architecture of the smart enterprise based on TOGAF,and the function realization of the smart enterprise operation platform of the institute.The thesis puts forward the idea of building a smart enterprise system,and initially proposes a reference model of the smart enterprise system.The thesis analyzes the status quo of the information industry development,and uses the "expert evaluation method" and "standard evaluation method" to conduct scientific analysis and evaluation of the information construction status of the institute by means of questionnaires,expert interviews and data comparison.Based on this,the TOGAF basic architecture framework is used to study the business architecture,application architecture,data architecture and technical architecture of the smart enterprise operation platform of the Institute.Taking the "intelligence of management and control adjustment" as anexample,this thesis studies the function realization method of the smart enterprise operation platform.Focusing on the management and control business,through the business design,the two departments of the institute operate,the decision indicators,the human brain experience,the expert advice,the rules and regulations,and other aspects,and realize the “energize” function with the support of information technology.Give play to the role of the smart enterprise operating platform as a decision-making center.The thesis overcomes the weakness of the existing research results and constructs a relatively complete idea and specific method.It provides a new path guide for the smart enterprise construction of the Institute,and also helps the similar enterprises to achieve comprehensive,thorough,accurate,real-time intelligent analysis and perception of operational information,and to provide support for the formation of countermeasures,products and solutions.
