With the rapid development of modern printing and electronic industry,conductive ink is widely used in the fields of RFID tag,organic display,transistor array,photovoltaic cell,flexible electronic device,wearable device and so on.Printing technology is essentially a deposition process in which the ink is transported to the substrate.Compared with traditional lithography,electronic printing expands the choice of substrate,such as low price,good biodegradability,light weight,foldable paper substrate.At present,many new electronic products rely heavily on full-print electronic technology in the development and application of electronic products,which are basically supported by functional conductive ink.Propped up and developed.In this paper,the preparation and properties of silver conductive ink without particles were studied.The optimum formula of silver oxide ink and silver acetate ink were selected by orthogonal design,and the film-forming properties of different ink formulations were studied.The effects of temperature and time on the conductivity were studied by using the optimal formula.The optimum formula of silver acetate and silver oxide ink system was determined by orthogonal design and the resistivity of silver film was used as the test condition.The optimum formula of silver acetate ink is using deionized water as solvent,diethanolamine as reducing agent,silver content as 0.13g·ml-1,silver oxide ink as solvent,diethanolamine as reducing agent.Silver content is 0.25g·ml-1;Among the 8 orthogonal experimental formulations of silver acetate ink system,the lowest resistivity was 2#ink?DEA as reducing agent,water as solvent?,and the resistivity is 5.6??·cm,was only 3.5 times of bulk silver resistivity?1.6??·cm?.Among the eight orthogonal experimental formulations of silver oxide ink system,the lowest resistivity is 9#ink?DEA as reducing agent,water as solvent?,and the resistivity is 6??·cm,is only four times that of bulk silver?1.6??·cm?.The optimum sintering time and sintering temperature of the two kinds of inks are60 min and 100?,respectively.At sintering temperature of 100?,the resistivity of silver film prepared by silver acetate ink?DEA as reducing agent,water as solvent?was reduced to 5??·cm,.The silver film resistivity of silver oxide ink?DEA as reducing agent,water as solvent?reduced to 5.6??·cm;.When the sintering time is 60min,the silver film resistivity of silver acetate ink?DEA as reducing agent,water as solvent?reaches 5.8??·cm;.The silver film resistivity of silver oxide ink?DEA as reducing agent and water as solvent?obtained is 6.2??·cm.
