| The Ground Surveillance Radar often faces strong clutter-environment.The radar tracking algorithm has some problems such as increased data association error rate,the difficulty in track initiation,rapid increase of the number of false tracks and the divergence of tracking filters.To solve these problems,this paper proposes an improved interaction of multiple model multiple hypothesis tracking(IMM-MHT)method.The method exploits moving target's radial velocity information and the difference between it and clutter.Firstly,the radial velocity estimation of interactive multi-model method is studied,and the radial velocity of the maneuvering target is estimated in the noisy environment and the overall filtering effect is improved.Secondly,the radial velocity differences between target and clutter are studied and are used to improve the data correlation and trajectory score calculation in MHT.The method can improve the quality of hypothesis generation and the rapid start of true trajectory.Simulations show that the improved IMM-MHT tracking method based on radial velocity has higher tracking accuracy and is more robust in strong clutter environment.multi-target tracking of ground-based surveillance radar. |
