The cooperation alliance between enterprises is bound to involve issues such as profit distribution and resource distribution,and the distribution of benefits and resources needs to be based on the enterprise's resources,output,sales and other data.The centralized storage of these interest-related data may lead to loss,tampering and forgery,and thus lead to the unequal distribution of interests within the cooperative alliance,and finally lead to the breakup of the cooperative alliance.Therefore,in order to solve the problem in the process of manufacturing enterprise alliance cooperation benefit related data security preservation,combined the concept of dynamic alliance and blockchain,puts forward a Credible Manufacturing Alliance and Manufacturing Alliance System based on Block Chain(MASBC).Blockchain are applied to the data storage process of Credible Manufacturing Alliance,so that alliance members can reach an agreement and obtain credible production and sales data as the basis for the final equity distribution of the alliance,so as to promote the trust between enterprises within the alliance and maintain the stability of the alliance.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A new production organization model – Credible Manufacturing Alliance is proposed,which is suitable for the manufacturing industry of standardized production.MASBC,an information platform for trusted manufacturing alliance based on block chain,was studied.MASBC combines manufacturing execution system(MES)and block chain technology to store production process data into the block chain with the non-tampering and traceable characteristics of block chain data,which serves as the basis for the settlement and distribution of interests of alliance members.The manufacturing alliance based on MASBC can enhance the mutual trust among member enterprises and promote their in-depth cooperation,complementary advantages and benefit sharing.Its reliable production data can provide the basis of mutual trust settlement for the investors,operators and equipment leaseholders of manufacturing enterprises.(2)The key technical issues in MASBC include: authenticity of data sources,consensus algorithm,block chain data structure,etc.MASBC collects MES real-time production data through hierarchical interface to ensure the authenticity of data sources.The Random Consensus of Alliance(RCA)algorithm was designed for MASBC demand characteristics.The block data structure is designed to facilitate quick retrieval and query.(3)Design and implement MASBC prototype system;Based on this system,the structural feasibility of MASBC and the feasibility and efficiency of RCA consensus algorithm are verified and tested.After the successful application the results of this paper,it is expected to achieve such as the traditional manufacturing industry market capacity reduction,through the integration of internal resources in the industry,optimize the allocation of resources,solve the adverse situation of vicious and disorderly competition caused by the oversupply of products,and contribute to the supply-side structural reform.
