With the improvement of living standard and medical technology,the life expectancy of human beings is also increased.Developed countries and some of developing countries are faced with serious problems about aging population.Compared with a large number of aging population,doctors in these countries are not enough.So smart health-care systems were produced,such as wireless body area networks(WBAN).Wireless body area networks collect users' physiological data through sensors,and then send users' data to cloud server through intermediate node.WBAN not only save the labor cost but also predict patients' diseases in time.WBAN keep the elderly and patients healthy,but it increase the risk of patients' privacy disclosure either.In order to ensure the integrity and privacy of users' physiological information,this paper proposes a scheme to protect the information security by using block chain technology in WBAN.We evaluate the feasibility of the scheme and improve the consensus algorithm to make body area network system perform better.The research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1.First of all,this paper establishes the security mechanism for the body area network system with Hyperledger Fabric,and then establishes identity authentication mechanism in WABN with technologies of asymmetric encryption,digital signature,digital certificate,public key infrastructure,etc.Identity authentication mechanism can protect users' private data,so that users' privacy is invisible to nodes outside the alliance.Secondly,users' physiologicaldata is transmitted to nodes in blockchain network according to smart contract,and physiological data can be recognized by all nodes with Kafka consensus.It's difficult to be tampered with by hackers.Finally,this paper tests and evaluates the energy consumption and delay of the system.It is determined that the blockchain technology is applicable to the body area networks system,and this technology helps users to protect the security and privacy of their physiological information in WBAN.2.In this paper,we build a body area networks system based on the alliance blockchain and establish an identity authentication mechanism in the alliance,but we can not guarantee that there are no byzantine malicious nodes in the network.It's possible that nodes in the alliance are hijacked and utilized by enemies.Therefore,we improve the consensus algorithm.Based on the PBFT consensus algorithm which can tolerate byzantine errors,this paper proposes a d-PBFT consensus algorithm to ensure that the alliance network not only monitors the status of each node but also tolerates a certain number of byzantine nodes.Then malicious nodes will be isolated,which will reduce the impact of byzantine errors in body area networks.The experimental results show that the network with d-PBFT algorithm has high throughput and low consensus delay,and new generated consensus of the algorithm is 26.1% more than PBFT algorithm when alliance networks include byzantine nodes.The d-PBFT algorithm not only improves the robustness of WBAN,but also improves the throughput of WBAN.
