Design And Implementation Of Intelligence Clues Subsystem Based On The Public Security Police Information Platform

Through the construction of provincial public security police affairs platform, the integrated application and intelligence integrated application platform has built and put into operation,greatly promotes the information work of the provincial public security intelligence. Our province public security police department makes full use of the imported \ "case management and intelligence analysis system\" in 2010, puts into operation after localization reform, in a certain extent, improves the consciousness police affairs information and the ability and ideas of application; But the system is the foreign software, exists some problems such as data security hidden danger and complex operation, which application model ends in the transition stage of pilot run.Compares with the overall application level of informationization construction of public security, public security informationization of the drug control work is still relatively backward,the intelligence information collection and storage is inadequate, sharing degree is not high,system data independence, integration is difficult, analysis ability and level is low, lacks the work mechanism. On the other hand, the present integrated application platform lacks the resource sharing and the application cohesion. Therefore, there need construct the intelligence clues subsystem based on the existing police comprehensive information platform and the comprehensive database,keeps a foothold the existing the system of the intelligence information collection, key personnel control, information portal, in ground management control, law enforcement and case handling, structures the intelligence information management, takes it's the professional work platform as the police handling of police intelligence information, realizes the docking between the intelligence clues subsystem and the related system, implements the information flow, resource sharing, analysis and cooperative combat online work mode. The author participates in the system development process, focuses on the research and development of the intelligence clues subsystem, this thesis cards the process research and development, tries to provide the reference for similar system construction.In this paper, the main research contents includes: analyzes the system requirements.From the three aspects of economy, technology and operation, the system feasibility is analyzed.For example, the intelligence collection and treatment process and information process management works. On the basis of investigation research, determines the system user and system functions, adopts the use case diagram, detailed analyzes the system functions, includingthe information collection, information processing, intelligence, automatic warning function,intelligence clues query function, intelligence evaluation function, intelligence clues statistical function. Based on the public security police information platform, this paper expounds the system design principles; According to the design idea of MVC layered development, system designs J2 EE three-tier structure, for the data service layer, middle layer is divided into the controller layer, DAO layer and data persistence layer, etc. According to system function,designs the application architecture system, divides the system function module, this system can be divided into six functional modules, including the information acquisition module,information processing module, the automatic early warning module, intelligence clues query module, information evaluation module statistics module, intelligence clues, using class diagram and sequence diagram, the modules is detailed designed. According to system design, sets up the system implementation and testing environment, the interface implementation and test case of each function module are designed, test results are analyzed.
