With the rapid development of power semiconductor devices,the Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor(IGCT)has begun to be applied in the field of high voltage and high power.At the same time,the test equipment of the device has also continued to develop in the direction of intelligence.In order to meet the requirements of this development trend,this paper conducts intelligent research on IGCT test fixtures.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the structure and its operation principle of the IGCT test fixture are briefly introduced,and the design indexes of the test fixture pressure and temperature control system are determined according to the test requirements of the IGCT device.And then the structural strength,thermal field and thermo-solid coupling of the fixture are analyzed.Secondly,the pressure control system of IGCT test fixture is studied.The hydraulic power parameters of the system are calculated,and then the transfer functions of the hydraulic cylinder,servo valve and force sensor are obtained.The stability of the system is analyzed and finally AMESim and MATLAB software are used to built a simulation model of the conventional PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm of the pressure control system.The design is verified by analyzing and comparing with the simulation results.Thirdly,the temperature control system of IGCT test fixture is studied.The design framework of the temperature control system is determined,then the peripheral circuit of the microprocessor is analyzed and the temperature sensor is selected.The temperature acquisition circuit and the heating control circuit is designed,and the digital incremental PID algorithm is adopted to realize the constant temperature control system,and the PC software can collect information about temperature in real time.Finally,the hardware and software of the system are jointly debugged.The experimental test shows that the accuracy of the control system is ±0.1?,and the overshoot is less than 2.5%.The system responds quickly and has good stability,meeting the design specifications.The research results have certain reference value for the development of the intelligent IGCT test fixture.
