With the rapid development of 5G technology,virtual reality technology has received high attention,from which the motion simulation system oriented to virtual reality has been widely applied and studied in depth.At present,most of the modern motion simulation systems in China are still in the use of the classical washing algorithm of the motion platform with high precision.Therefore,the research of the new virtual reality-oriented motion simulation system is of great significance to reduce the cost of motion simulation system and improve the fidelity of motion simulation.In this paper,the kinematics analysis of virtual dynamic motion platform,input signal coordination control,input signal coordination control algorithm,and other key issues such as the construction of improved motion simulation system were studied,and the key technologies of the paper were verified against the background of car driving simulation.At first,this paper builds virtual reality oriented motion simulation system,analyses the hardware composition of system and control system and the information transmission process,the inverse kinematics of the platform are given by solving process,aiming at the existence coupling process of positive solution of the platform is slower,use the discrete Newton iteration method for solving,through experimental analysis,the solution of virtual dynamic motion platform process is relatively accurate,positive solution process understanding calculate time.Analysis of virtual dynamic motion platform movement space is limited,a feeling of body control washout filter algorithm to filter the input signal,the algorithm to filter out low frequency and high frequency input signal,the input of the low frequency continuous acceleration signal coordination control,prevent them from causing the motion platform overtravel,affect the fidelity of the motion simulation.This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the performance of the algorithm,proposes an improved method based on the parameters and structure of the original algorithm,establishes the minimum error model based on the genetic algorithm,optimizes the filtering parameters,and improves the algorithm structure based on the human body perception rule to achieve better simulation effect.Finally,the simulation comparison experiment is conducted for the motion sensing control washout filtering algorithm and its improvement.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm further improves the motion simulation fidelity and realizes the motion sensing control washout filtering algorithm in the motion simulation system,and preliminarily completes the motion simulation system oriented to virtual reality.
