With the guidance of the needs of war,the development of camouflage technology also has an increasing demand.Aiming at the needs of camouflage barriers of military transportation platforms in the field,this paper designs a camouflage barrier mechanism that can be folded in multiple directions,and analyzes the kinematic characteristics and elastic dynamics of the mechanism.The results of numerical simulation and experimental prototypes show that the designed mechanism meets the requirements of functional expansion and structural strength,and has good folding performance.According to the overall design index of the fast erecting and withdrawing platform system for the field barrier,this paper first demonstrates the overall scheme of the fast erecting and withdrawing platform,and according to the design index,carries out the detailed process design of the erecting scheme and withdrawing scheme,and completes the structural scheme design of the erecting and withdrawing system.According to the idea of modular design,on the basis of considering the feasibility and reliability,the UN wheeling system is divided into various subsystems to be designed separately,and the functional requirements of the whole system are realized reasonably by using the limited space.Using Creo to complete the model drawing,and as the basis of the follow-up research.In order to meet the motion requirements of specific track and speed of each subsystem in the process of deployment and roll up,this paper analyzes the kinematics of each subsystem mechanism to verify that the mechanism can meet the requirements of specific deployment and fold function of the system;uses the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS to analyze the binding force of each main motion pair in the process of motion and The driving force is needed to verify the performance of the designed mechanism;according to the results of dynamic analysis,the key components of the wheeling system are statically analyzed and checked to verify the design rationality of the mechanism in terms of strength and rigidity.Aiming at the camouflage mechanism designed in the previous paper,a prototype is built,and the folding and unfolding mechanism is tested and verified along the longitudinal development process.For the key components,the uncertainty analysis iscarried out,and the results show that the designed mechanism can meet the actual functional requirements.
