New Methods Of Time Domain Analysis For Simulation Model Validation

With the increasing complexity of simulation model,the research on the reliability of simulation system has become an important part of system simulation,which mainly includes the verification,validation and accreditation of simulation model.This paper will explore,summarize and innovate the methods of simulation model validation,mainly aiming at the time-domain analysis methods of multidimensional simulation model validation and the simulation model validation methods facing different input conditions of simulation model and real model.First,this paper will introduce the development of simulation model validation and theoretical knowledge.Secondly,this paper will explore the time-domain validation method of simulation model,and put forward the performance analysis indexes of simulation model validation method,including normalization,symmetry,monotonicity,scaling invariance,zero drift invariance,etc.then analyze the existing time-domain analysis methods,and propose the applicable scope of each method.Thirdly,this paper will improve the time-frequency analysis methods of the simulation model according to the above performance indexes,and carry on the example validation,and then analyze the three-dimensional time-domain system.Fourthly,a multi-dimensional simulation model verification method based on kernel principal component analysis will be proposed,which can save the process of verification result synthesis as much as possible.Then the instance verification will be carried out.Fifthly,a multi-dimensional simulation model validation5 method based on convolution neural network will be proposed to solve the problem of simulation model credibility verification under different input conditions.Then the instance verification will be carried out.
