With the rapid development of low light level vision technology,how to transform gray level low light level vision technology into low light level color night vision technology is an urgent problem in the direction of night vision imaging.The key of true color low light level night vision technology is to make low light level night vision image sensor obtain more photons and improve image color reduction degree and saturation.Aiming at the problem of low photon quantity in low light level system,This paper imitates the mantis shrimp's visual response curves and develops optical color modulation films conforming to colorimetry,which constitutes a six primary color filter,The transmission spectrum of the six primary color optical modulation film fully covers visible light band,which can improve the photonreceiving efficiency of the low light level vision system image sensor.thus improving the color reduction degree of the device.By analyzing the spectral properties and using Essential Macleod film design software and Mathcad engineering calculation software,data acquisition and iteration method modle is built.By studying the film material properties of visible wave bands and near-infrared wave bands,Ti3O5 and Si O2 are selected as the high and low refractive index materials,which realized the film design of optical color modulation film.The films are deposited by electron beam evaporation,High energy RF ion source is used to increase the density of the film and reduce the absorption of Ti3O5 at 400 nm to 500 nm.Combining the quartz crystal deposition monitor technology with optical deposition monitor technology to control film thickness.Analyzing the inversion method of optical film thickness,the inversion analysis method with the membrane stack as the unit group is selected.The development of optical color modulation films are realized.The films pass the spectrum test and meet the use request.
