In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of infrared technology in various countries,infrared imaging systems have become the focus of research in various countries and have been widely used in military and civilian fields.The infrared optical system,as the main component of the infrared imaging system,can collect the infrared radiation emitted by the target and the background,and image the photosensitive surface of the detector.This enables the infrared imaging system to effectively search,identify,and capture targets,and is of great significance for enhancing my country's military strength and people's living standards.This article reviews and summarizes the infrared imaging technology and its development trend at home and abroad.It summarizes the characteristics,performance and design methods of infrared optical systems.On this basis,a small and light Design research and experimental verification.The main work of the paper includes:1)The thesis carried out the design and research of the long-wave infrared optical system of light and small UAV photoelectric pods,including theoretical derivation and software simulation analysis.The optical system adopts a secondary imaging catadioptric structure,with a spectral range of 8 to 12.5 ?m,an F number of 2,an aperture of ?150 mm,and a total field of view of 2.34°.From the aspects of tolerance,environmental adaptability and cold reflection,the light and small optical system was simulated and analyzed.2)The thesis carried out the experimental verification research of the long-wave infrared optical system of the light and small unmanned aerial vehicles carrying photoelectric pods,including the processing inspection of optical systems,system installation,laboratory and location testing and evaluation.Designed the main mirror processing and inspection optical path,lens assembly and inspection optical path,and conducted the MTF laboratory test of the whole machine fence method and location imaging.The innovations of the paper include:1)In terms of optical system design,the main system of the card-type secondary imaging catadioptric structure is simplified into a folded Newtonian main system,the spherical secondary mirror is simplified into a flat mirror folding optical path,and the off-axis aberration is corrected by the aspherical correction mirror group Correction.The optical design letter is higher than 0.41@17lp/mm,with 100% cold screen effect,and the volume is only ?152 mm×125 mm.The optical system is cleverly designed,light and compact.2)In terms of system development,the system-wide optomechanical structure is designed with all aluminum,and the system-wide lenses are processed with single-point diamond turning and polishing technology and stress-free assembly,with low development cost and short cycle time.The laboratory test full-field transmission is higher than 0.24@17lp/mm,and the image quality of the external scanning is clear.The design idea and development method of this paper can provide a reference for the development of the optical system of the long-wave infrared instrument of the UAV photoelectric pod similarly applied.
