In the era of Internet big data,the construction of housing intermediary network platform is more convenient,time-saving and economical than traditional housing intermediary,which conforms to the social development trend.At present,a housing intermediary enterprise lacks business management software with independent intellectual property rights in its intermediary service work,which leads to problems such as low efficiency in internal work and lack of centralized business information.Therefore,this thesis will be based on the present situation of the housing intermediary network platform and design a general housing intermediary network platform system,using ASP.NET 4.0 and SQL Server 2008 two tools and three layers of structure analysis,structure housing intermediary network platform,through the reasonable selection of data structure,network structure,operating system and development environment,build a reasonable perfect network system structure.According to the actual needs of today's society,the system to user demand as the goal,to facilitate user use as the principle,from the system practicability,advanced,high security,maintainability,extensibility,flexibility,fully consider the details of the actual operation.In order to meet the needs of different users,the system is divided into three modules: foreground module,common user module and administrator module.The relationship between the three modules can be shown through hierarchical diagram.Based on the analysis of functional modules,the design of database system and security system can be completed.Then the three functional modules are designed in detail.Finally,the functional module test is conducted.The whole process of the test is divided into four steps,namely unit test,integration test,confirmation test and system test,and relevant test results are displayed.This thesis designs the housing intermediary network platform,powerful,strong commonality,simple and convenient operation,achieve the anticipated goal,can satisfy the users convenient,rapid and accurate understanding of the housing information,is a powerful,strong commonality,easy operation and convenient website,not only to real estate developers have provided new publicity channels,but also improved the management quality of the company.
