With the development of science and technology,more and more enterprises have changed their production mode.From mass production to multi-variety and small batch production.However,as the guarantee of the smooth operation of the enterprise production system,the material distribution system does not keep up with the speed of the change of production mode.The existing multi-variety,small-batch production mode and traditional distribution mode do not match,which is prone to the production workshop material management confusion,low distribution efficiency,difficult to control information phenomenon.Therefore,low production efficiency and high production cost have become a difficult problem restricting the development of many enterprises.According to statistics,the preparation time for material storage,sorting and transportation in the production workshop accounts for 80%-90% of the total production time.Only10%-20% of the time in the product production process is flowing in the production unit,and 20%-40% of the product cost is directly related to the production logistics.Aiming at the pull-type material distribution mode based on Kanban management,it can improve the working efficiency of "distribution" and "delivery",and reduce the inventory to a certain extent,but the efficiency of "matching" is not involved.Therefore,a complete set of just-in-time production and distribution research based on pallet library technology is proposed.Tray library technology is a self-managed,long-column storage,transport RFID mobile warehouse,is a material integration transport mode.This paper focuses on the application of pallet library technology in material sorting and just-in-time distribution.(1)Research on complete set of JIT Technology of material in production Workshop.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of complete distribution and mass distribution,it is considered that mass distribution is suitable for traditional assembly line production mode,while complete set distribution is suitable for multi-variety and small batch production mode and unit production mode.Therefore,the complete set of time-of-time material distribution technology in production workshop is researched,and the materials are set according to the material demand plan and the product process sequence from the source of the supply chain or from the material collection center.Taking the material requirement of the production unit as the target,the product can be distributed by one or more sets of materials according to the work station in the unit,or by the integrated distribution of the whole unit sorting material according to the material requirement of the production unit.Then the materials are distributed in thepallet warehouse,and the optimal distribution path model based on the time window constraint and the secondary distribution is established in the wheeled long row pallet warehouse transportation mode.(2)The RFID pallet library technology is used to study the complete set of just-in-time distribution of materials.Aiming at the difficulty of material storage,distribution,information collection and management in multi-variety and small-batch production workshop,a tray warehouse production and distribution system based on RFID technology is designed,and the principle,structure and material distribution flow of RFID identification technology are introduced.With the pallet storehouse as the unit to complete the distribution of the material,the management mode of no warehouse in the workshop can be realized,and the state of the material can be monitored in real time,so that the material can respond to the demand of each production unit in time.Reduce the waste of time and space in the production process due to waiting for materials and material stacks.(3)Application of SIMIO production logistics simulation software to simulation analysis of complete punctual distribution.Based on the prototype of FS vehicle and bridge assembly,the production capacity of workshop is analyzed by means of complete set of punctual distribution theory,and the optimization scheme of material distribution is found by mathematical model.Based on this,the simulation model of complete set of just-in-time distribution based on pallet library technology is established.The feasibility of production and distribution mode of pallet storehouse is analyzed by simulation.It is verified that the utilization rate of each production unit resource is improved when the complete set of just-in-time distribution replaces the traditional single-type multi-batch distribution,which shows that the complete set of just-in-time distribution can improve the production efficiency of the workshop.
