In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the financial industry is booming.The public fund industry,one of the major investment vehicles in the financial sector,has reached an unprecedented scale.The fund industry is moving forward to the era of big information managementCoupled with the impact of Internet finance on the traditional financial industry,the fund industry is also in constant change.The status of institutional investors has been remarkably improved,more and more tools designed for institutional investors are emergingAt present,the main mode of fund investment for institutional investors in China is fund direct selling,counter opening account and telephone facsimile trading mode.This model is not only cumbersome process,low efficiency,and optional products are limited,higher investment costs.This provides business opportunities for third-party agency based on the internet.There is no third party sales agency for the institutional investors to provide fund transaction management system services so far,which contributed to the birth of the "hummingbird" project"Hummingbird" system is an off-site Fund transaction management system designed for institutional investors,aiming at providing an efficient and quick experience for institutional investors.Based on the actual project of the internship company,this paper applies the general process of the goal-oriented theory to the design of the institutional Fund transaction management system.The main research work is as follows1,through the preliminary background analysis,expert interviews and other materials,create temporary roles and workflow model,relying on the temporary role of the workflow to build the corresponding business scenarios2,through the business needs of the scene analysis,clear users' goals,and then refine the product design to guide the specific needs of the product3,analyze and sort out the product requirements,and build a systematic information architecture.Through the definition of design principles and priority sorting,navigation structure,make the interactive visual prototype of the interface4,through critical path check,give product trial reportAfter the project practice,the goal-oriented design can well guide the design of the Fund transaction management system,and the final product has been recognized by the user,and achieved the design goal of the product.
