The transaction of the second-hand house is the special commodity with the huge fund and long exchange transaction process. Entire transaction maybe defeat, because folk remedy breaking a promise, even brings the certain fund loss to opposite party. Construction department requests to build up second-hand house's trade funds management system, perfect the real estate agent market inspects system, trade to transfer ownership, set up an united information terrace with making an On-line transaction, trade to transfer ownership, producing the power register. Therefore, Jinan Real estate Administrative bureau draw up《Tentative method of Jinan second-hand house On-line transaction and Fund supervision》, requesting that development Service of Jinan second-hand house On-line transaction and Fund supervision in whole city scope. At the same time, Construction department has released the profession standard—"Real estate market Information system Technology standard " that serial number is CJJ/T115-2007. Between modules it can be effective conformity by SOA pattern and seamless link, to adapt more work request and effective conformities of many kinds of work way.Firstly, this paper bases on the discussing of system development's background and necessity, uses Service-Oriented thought to design and realize the system, uses IBM Rational Application Developer V6.1. RAD is the IBM's development platform based on Eclipse. This paper uses db 2 as data storage. According to overall statistical survey of this system and generalized analysis of operational activities , we explicit the reasonable module division. In design process, according to system requirements , we Set the system design goal and the principle , carry on the detailed design to the system construction. Technology structure is about the extensibility, the maintenance and the performance of system .And we analysis each level's function of the database. When we realize specifically , we implement the SOA thought. So we can reserve past information system investment and construct a foundation platform for the unrestricted flow of the information property, through shielding the first floor system complex foundation construction. Seal the service each service function, and carry on according to the service demand combines, finally bonds the new operational channel, thus realize the information construction agility. In the entire performance, According to principle of convenience use, we try to realize friendly contact surface, simple operation, and high fault tolerance.This system has been already operational in Jinan Real estate Administrative bureau. It provides an essential working platform for workers, reduced the transaction risk greatly, standard real estate intermediary market, provides the essential data support for the Real estate market Information system.
