Design And Implementation Of Android Application Storage Quota Monitoring Software Development Kit Based On Cloud Storage Backup

In recent years,various mobile phone applications have greatly emerged to meet the different needs of users.At the same time,the amount of data generated by different mobile phone applications varies greatly.Although the storage space of mobile phones is getting larger and larger,massive files generated by mobile phone applications will still fill up the limited space.Is it feasible to set different storage quota according to diverse usage requirements of mobile phone applications in order to use storage space more efficiently? The development of cloud storage technology provides an idea to solve this problem.However,the existing cloud storage clients cannot set different storage quota according to different usage requirements of mobile phone applications,and cannot automatically monitor.For tackling the above problems,this paper designs and develops a cloud storage-based Android application storage quota monitoring SDK(Android Application Storage Quota Monitoring Software Development Kit,abbreviated for AASQM-SDK).The basic work is as follows: The AASQM-SDK designed in this paper realizes the setting of storage quota for different applications by calling the interface.The SDK can automatically monitor various states of mobile phone application files,thus adopting different quota processing methods according to different status of the files.AASQM-SDK uses cloud storage as a backup space,to realize the association mapping between local files and cloud object storage,and file push and fetch operations from the local to the cloud are completely transparent to users.AASQM-SDK has good compatibility and is compatible with Android 2.3 versions or above.At present,AASQM-SDK has completed the development.this paper has made related tests in its function,performance and compatibility.The experiment results show that AASQM-SDK runs stably and automatically assist to manage the local files of applications under the mobile phone application storage quota,helping applications use storage space more efficiently and meets the users' specific storage requirements for storage quota of different applications.
