Design And Implementation Of Management Training Center Digital Campus System Of State Grid Sichuan Company

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the business scale of Sichuan Electric Power Company,the demand for internal staff management and training has been rapidly improved.In order to improve the management and training efficiency of the company,the business has been informationized in various management and training centers,and the research and development project of digital campus system has been implemented to provide digital basis support and functional services for the business management system of each management and training center.In this thesis,the digital campus system of the management and training center of Sichuan Electric Power Company is taken as the research object.Through the investigation and analysis of the business environment of each management and training center of Sichuan Electric Power Company,the digital campus system of the management and training center is designed and implemented based on Java Web software technology according to the business process of management and information needs of the management and training center.In this thesis,the requirements,design,implementation and testing of the system are studied.The digital campus system of the management and training center studied in this thesis is an important tool for the company's internal staff training business.Its research and development technology chooses Java Web technology,SSM mode technology,MySQL database technology and so on.In this thesis,firstly,the development of digital campus and enterprise staff training informationization at home and abroad is sorted out and analyzed.Subsequently,according to the actual management methods and processes of management and training business of Sichuan Electric Power Company,the functional development and non-functional development requirements of the system are put forward,and the overall design,database design,security design and functional module detailed design of the system are carried out.On the basis of system design,the implementation and testing of collateral management system are analyzed and studied in detail,and the implementation effect of the system is evaluated.The system includes the functions of training project management,trainee management,training resource management,integrated service management and assistant decision-making management,which can provide necessary business management support for the management and training center's internal management business.The research work of this thesis is based on the actual research and development project of digital campus system of Sichuan Electric Power Company's management and training center.Through the application and implementation of the system,the internal business management level of the management and training centers of Sichuan Electric Power Company has been improved.At the same time,it can also provide experience for other domestic electric power enterprises to use for reference for the internal business informatization of the staff management and training centers.
