Ancient Chinese commercial documents are the first-hand materials recording ancient Chinese commercial activities.After the beginning of the Western Zhou Dynasty,the initial development of the Qin and Han Dynasties,the further development of the southern and Northern Dynasties and the high development of the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the ancient Chinese commercial documents have entered a mature stage in the Song Dynasty.The commercial development of Song Dynasty was highly prosperous,resulting in a large number of commercial documents.In the Song Dynasty,the ancient Chinese commercial documents developed to a mature stage.The contents of commercial documents are various.Commercial contract documents include sales contract documents,loan contract documents,lease contract documents,employment contract documents,exchange contract documents,etc.Another performance of the Song Dynasty as the turning point of ancient commercial documents is that the government's standardized requirements on the form of commercial contract documents have become more and more strict since then.The development of commodity economy makes the property relationship more complicated.In order to protect the tax and market order,the rulers of Song Dynasty issued the corresponding laws and policies to manage the commercial documents.It is worth noting that although the research results of various commercial documents are relatively fruitful,there are few papers or monographs on the research or discussion of various types of commercial documents in the whole Song Dynasty.By collecting and sorting out the commercial contract documents in the Song Dynasty,classifying them according to their contents,analyzing the characteristics and composition of the commercial contract documents in this period,analyzing the commercial thoughts contained in them,and comparing with the contract contents and forms of the previous dynasties,this paper analyzes the progressiveness of the commercial contract documents in the Song Dynasty and their influence on the development of the later contractual documents The study of commercial contract documents in Song Dynasty is to explore the whole ancient commercial history and the significance of ancient commercial contract documents.This paper uses the method of literature research,through collecting and sorting out the works and papers about the commercial documents of the Song Dynasty,draws the conclusion of the characteristics and status of the commercial documents of the Song Dynasty.This paper is divided into three parts.First of all,it discusses the basic situation of commercial history and social life in the Song Dynasty,that is,the foundation of the birth and development of commercial documents in the Song Dynasty.On this basis,it discusses the influence of commercial development in the Song Dynasty on commercial documents in this period.Then it discusses the basic composition of the commercial documents of the Song Dynasty and the different characteristics in content and carrier compared with the previous dynasties.After that,it lists the types of commercial documents in Song Dynasty and lists the specific contents of the documents,and analyzes the specific application scope and usage of different commercial documents.Finally,it analyzes the historical status of the commercial documents of the Song Dynasty,and the significance and value of the commercial documents for that time and later generations,which is also the significance of this paper.
