With the advent of the information age,information technology is permeating every aspect of people's life with a rapid trend,gradually changing the way people read,write and communicate in daily life.In order to ensure that both able-bodied people and disabled people can access to information without barriers,China has introduced a series of policies and regulations,which provide institutional guarantee for the construction of barrier-free information.In order to enable visually impaired people to communicate and learn circuit diagram knowledge without barriers,China has formulated the national standard of braille circuit diagram.At present,the production mode of braille circuit diagram resources in China is still dominated by manual translation,and relevant translators need to master the rules of braille circuit diagram translation to be competent in braille circuit diagram translation.Therefore,manual translation is far from enough to meet the increasing demand of visually impaired people for braille circuit diagrams.At present,there is an urgent need for a system that can automatically convert common circuit diagrams into braille circuit diagrams.In this paper,SVG is used as the intermediate conversion language,and the B/S structure is adopted to design and implement the circuit diagram to braille system.The system is divided into the client interaction module and the server translation module,realizing the function of automatically converting the SVG format circuit diagram file into the corresponding braille circuit diagram and ASCII code circuit diagram.The system is easy to use and easy to upgrade and maintain.In order to solve the difficult problems such as the structure description method of circuit diagram and the generation method of circuit ASCII code,the translation model of circuit diagram to braille system is designed and realized in this paper.The model includes component feature extraction module? parallel circuit processing module and main circuit processing module.Among them,the component feature extraction module realizes the function of extracting the graphic features of components and converting them into corresponding component features.The parallel circuit processing module realizes the function of analyzing the parallel circuit structure and generating the parallel circuit features according to the features of each component in the circuit diagram.The main circuit processing module realizes the function of analyzing the main circuit structure and generating the corresponding braille circuit diagram and ASCII code circuit diagram according to the features of each component and parallel circuit in the circuit diagram.In order to test the function of the circuit diagram to braille system,this paper took the physics textbooks of primary and middle schools published in the PEP edition as the data source and constructed the circuit diagram to braille data set according to the rules for writing circuit diagrams in the national standard The symbols of mathematics? physics and chemistry in Chinese braille GB/T 18028-2010.On the basis of this data set,various translation functions of the circuit diagram to braille system are tested.After testing,the system has a high conversion rate and accuracy for drawing relatively standard circuit diagrams.The system has been applied to the Chinese braille digital platform,serving the visually impaired and braille workers.
