Natural disasters,accidents,medical accidents and terrorists have always threatened the lives around the world.Whenever these events occur,they will endanger the lives and property of many people,they will make people panic.If the situation is serious,it may even destroy the social order and cause social unrest.Therefore,in order to minimize losses,the Armed Police Force must organize the crowd to evacuate as soon as possible,and fight terrorists when necessary to protect the crowd.This paper has designed a crowd evacuation protection drill system for the Armed Police Force to provide evacuation plan and protection plan.This system can be served in daily drills or in emergencies.This paper focuses on solving two problems,the first one is to provide an evacuation route to evacuate all population as soon as possible,and the second one is to provide the optimal crowd protection strategy to reasonably allocate limited police resources.For the first problem,this paper uses an improved CCRP algorithm,which is suitable for solving largescale road network problems,and greatly reduces the time complexity.At the same time,on the basis of the original algorithm,a solution method of evacuation batch time interval is added to avoid crowding and trampling caused by too many people on the same evacuation road section.For the second problem,this paper models the protection process as a Stackelberg Security Game.It also solves the problem that protection strategies increase exponentially with the number of evacuation routes,police strategies,and terrorist strategies.The two above algorithms are implemented based on the weighted directed road network map.For this reason,the road capacity and road transit time are also solved in this paper,so that it can be better applied to actual scenarios.We finally implement the crowd evacuation protection drill system using the MVC architecture.In the end of this paper,we test the system,the result shows the system meets the design requirements.The interface design of the system is concise and clear,the function is perfect.And the algorithm performance is good,it can meet the emergency processing requirements.It has certain application value.
