With the popularization of universal insurance registration,the social basic pension insurance business has become increasingly important.Urban and rural residents 'basic pension insurance is the largest basic pension insurance insurance type for the insured population,and all parts of the country have relatively complete management information systems.However,due to the characteristics of the "territorial management" of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents and the reasons for the early construction of the system,the insured people can only perform business operations in the institutions to which they belong.In recent years,the rapid development of computer technology has fully entered the era of "Internet +" and "big data",and the social security business administration has also introduced the concept of "business file integration","integrated teller system" and "paperless office"..The completion of the project can build a comprehensive management management system that integrates online and offline,integrates business archives,integrates social resources,and improves the level of business management,so as to significantly increase the satisfaction of the people.This paper focuses on the management of individual services in the "comprehensive management system",taking into account the current situation in the administration of basic pension insurance services for urban and rural residents and taking into account various factors such as system safety,data security,economic(equipment)input,technical strength,and staffing.It is mainly to fully exploit and utilize service resources,break down data barriers,and enable participants to complete the business operations of urban and rural residents in any insurance organization,and change the "business handling" to "business acceptance".Push the business to the corresponding business management and audit personnel through the process engine to complete the business management audit.The system construction uses Java Spring + Struts + ibitis + JSP + Oracle as the development plan to design and implement a complete set of urban and rural residents basic pension insurance personal business management system.The system is based on Java Web development,developed using languages such as Jsp and Java,provides data storage and reading and writing functions using the Oracle database,and uses WebLogic to provide Web services to improve the robustness and efficiency of the system.The system is designed and implemented according to the principles of software engineering development,and the suitability and stability of the system are tested using professional test techniques.After the system goes online,it can greatly mention the efficiency of basic pension insurance services for urban and rural residents,facilitate people's proximity,make full use of agencies at all levels,integrate grassroots resources,and improve the efficiency and service quality of business management.
