Design And Implement An Information Managing System Of Urban And Rural Residents Endowment Insurance

Since the informatization construction work for the new rural endowment insurancesystem was started in2009, in order to standardize the information systems developedby all the provinces and cities and make it easy to transfer the endowment insurancebetween two places, the government issued a series of standard regulations to make surethat the nationwide identity of informatization work. The release of these regulationsbuilds the foundation for setting up a single nationwide standard information system.Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China requests local governmentsto construct urban and rural residents endowment insurance information system in aprovincial¢ralized way which means that data are centralized in provincial levelgovernment and multi-regions share one common information system throughcoordinating. In order to achieve that information data go upward to centralization andservices go downward to residents, a flexible information system for endowmentinsurance of urban and rural residents have to be designed.This thesis, from the perspective of software engineering and combining with thepractical work experience, carries on the thorough analysis for the informatizationconstruction needs of urban and rural residents in Weifang. Besides, this papercompletes the feasibility analysis and system function requirement analysis. And thedesign idea is applied to the actual software project development work. A loosecoupling and easy integrated information system development framework is put forward,which accords with the J2EE standard and uses the technique of SOA. The frameworkcarries on the information system application integration through the service bus of ESBenterprise, which makes the endowment insurance information system more agile andeasy to expand and can satisfy various business needs. Based on the centralized datamanagement and distributed resource management, adopting the O/R Mappingmechanism realizes the object-oriented development and design. Realized the city’surban and rural residents process modules in information technology. Meanwhile, on theuser interface, to control by the MVC pattern ensures that the system has a high degreeof use, good scalability and portability.The system using the MVC design pattern separates the business processing,business logic management and business exhibit. Horizontally, the system layers by the MVC pattern and uses the standard XML documents to transfer data between eachlayers.It is an important aspect of urban and rural residents endowment insuranceinformation research in China to combine the information technology developmentadvantage with the works of urban and rural residents. The construction demand ofurban and rural residents endowment insurance information system and the systemfunction design mentioned in this paper are put forward on the basis of summarizing thearound business needs and making the research, development and construction, whichhave a certain reference significance for the informatization construction of urban andrural residents endowment insurance.
