With the rapid development of information network technology, managementinformation systems, digital, networked, information technology has become thecontemporary mainstream. Urban and rural residents basic medical managementinformation system established in this paper is a very complex and large softwaredevelopment projects will not only policy-oriented, real-time requirements of highvolume business, and part of the business involved more complex operational processes,information system construction and implementation process, there are manymanagement and technical factors. Medical management system is not yet mature, theregion there are policy differences, the implementation of the environment is also verydifferent, the current construction of urban and rural residents basic medicalmanagement information system is no fixed pattern to follow. This paper introduces theJiujiang City, urban and rural residents basic medical management information systemdevelopment process.The system is based on the urban and rural residents basic medicalmanagement system, combined with the actual situation of the region as a whole inJiujiang City, the development of a basic meet Jiujiang City, urban and rural residentsbasic medical management information system.The system uses rapid prototyping to develop, first by urban and rural health caresystem, the elements of the medical business, business processes and data flow analysis,the establishment of a logical model of the system; then for the model system design,including the information systemnetwork platform, development tools, databases,coding, software modules, system security and user interface design; then designed onthe basis of a system prototype; evaluate and improve the prototype, the prototype andeventually became the actual product. In the system implementation process, the use ofobject-oriented technology, inherited by the class library, to accelerate the speed ofdevelopment, improve the reliability of the software; focused on solving the systemimplementation process optimization HIS system interface as well as heterogeneousdatabase integration and other key technical issues. The system has been test run inJiujiang City, users generally reflect the use of the system is very convenient and efficient, the region economic development to make a certain contribution.The author is mainly responsible for the system’s functional requirements analysis,improve the function of each subsystem module design, and then use a variety of testcases to complete functional testing and performance testing, and timely feedback to theproject leader on the test results were summarized,allows developers to identifyproblems in a timely manner, and finally with the design of the user interface for perfectdesign.
