With the rapid development of the information industry,the amount of various types of data is increasing,requiring all kinds of data information to be stored for a longer period of time,and the requirements for security are becoming higher and higher,Therefore,it is necessary to develop a device that is convenient for data acquisition and secure for data transmission.In the era when the demand for recording and saving information is increasing day by day,the existing data storage methods are high in speed and portability,but for important data,the security is difficult to guarantee.Based on this,This paper focuses on the research of dual-optical head physical isolation data security optical disk storage device,in order to make a breakthrough in the security of data storage.This paper first introduces the basic structure and working principle of the dual-optical head storage device,presents the three-dimensional diagram of the small disc movement and the diagram of the experimental device,describes the composition of the small disc movement control system and the small disc movement transmission principle,and analyzes the interaction between the various components of the device and the driving control mode.Then the mathematical models of voice coil motor,stepper motor and spindle motor are respectively constructed and simulated with Matlab software to verify the correctness of the experimental device.Finally,a virtual experimental platform based on Proteus and 51 MCU is built,and the schematic diagram of the driving control system was drawn with Proteus software.Then,the driving control part of the dual-optical head physically isolated data security optical disk storage device was simulated and analyzed with Proteus software.This topic originated from a project of a company in Suzhou that is an array disk library.This is a problem they have not solved.Based on this,this paper studies the data security optical disk storage device,and hopes to provide corresponding guidance for practical engineering applications.
