Research On Network Negative Effects From The Perspective Of Habermas Technology Rationalization

Science and technology have promoted tremendous progress in human civilization.Especially in today's information age,computer-based network technology has become the main technological form that affects the development of human society.Although network technology has brought great convenience to human life,the duality of technology tells us that things still need to be concerned.Because of the new traits of the network itself,which are different from traditional technologies,such as the virtuality and anonymity,cyber crimes and anomie behaviors have emerged endlessly,destroying the network environment,as well as bringing extreme interactions to people in the cyber virtual space the great inconvenience.From above,which illustrates the urgency of resolving the negative effects of the network,and the theoretical and practical value of technical rationalization to China's development.This article takes the development status of contemporary network as the background,and takes Habermas' s "Communicative Action Theory" as the main research text,supplementing the relevant viewpoints of other thinkers and papers on the analysis of negative network effects to study the idea of technological rationalization.First,in the overall framework of Habermas theory,it explains Habermas' s historical investigation of rationalization theory and his criticism of the deficiencies of traditional rationalization theory,and clarifies Habermas' s rationalization of communication.Secondly,it summarizes the problems and harms caused by contemporary negative network effects,exemplifies today's network chaos,and analyzes the causes of negative network effects from a technical perspective.Finally,through the theoretical and practical foundations of the previous article,we consider technical rationalization,and propose countermeasures from the perspective of the development of the Internet public domain,the awakening of the subjectivity of the communication object,the improvement of morality,and the improvement of the law.
