With the rapid development of video coding technology and network technology,video on demand,video teleconferencing,video real-time monitoring system and other related video applications have been widely used in all aspects of social life.At the same time,while the network brings people all kinds of convenience,it also comes with a series of security problems.As an important equipment for video image acquisition and coding transmission,network camera is vulnerable to the illegal invasion of attackers,which causes great negative impact and economic loss to the society or individuals.Therefore,in order to protect the security of video data in the process of storage and transmission,this paper takes the security of network camera as the actual application scenario,and constructs a set of security video surveillance system based on the security network camera.On video encryption methods,this article embarks from the multiple perspectives,and to today's high-definition technology,video image has a large amount of data and the characteristics of high transmission real-time demand choice based on a new generation of video coding standard H.265/HEVC encoded video stream encryption as a specific research objective,and put forward and designed according to the characteristics of the video streaming a video encryption method,solves the video data in the process of transmission and storage was illegal to steal.The hd security video monitoring system designed based on H.265/HEVC standard has the characteristics of high security,low latency and strong stability,which can fully meet the high confidentiality requirements of various departments and individuals for video content.Security video monitoring system design in this paper has adopted to support a new generation of video coding standard H.265/HEVC haisi Hi3516 A video processing chip as the research platform,the chip is widely used in network camera,its internal integration of video image acquisition interface and hardware encoder greatly ensure the video encoding speed,and the system software design using multi-threaded design,effectively improve the encoding and encryption efficiency and reduce the delay of video transmission.Secondly,this system in order to support the GB35114 announced in 2018-2017 “public security video monitoring network information security technology requirements”,standards,better with all kinds of multimedia applications,interconnection,adopted a independent of the network camera external hardware encryption module of video stream encryption schemes,the new mobile encryption scheme is very suitable for today's society,network cameras have large-scale deployment of the case,don't need to change the internal structure of the hardware can be convenient to encrypt the content of the video for need to be protected effectively protect,It greatly enhances the possibility that the security video surveillance system can be widely used.Finally,the design of the network security cameras and decryption customers at union,set up a complete set of hd security video surveillance system,and the system from the aspects of safety,reliability,latency,and other tests,the experimental results show that the system while guarantee the hd video image transmission,can be a very good guarantee the safety of cipher text data and can run stably for a long time.
