The Research Of HEVC Video Coding And Its Application In HP IP Camera For 4K

The existing H.264 video coding standard is effectively utilized to compress HD video (1920×1080), but it is difficult to provide a higher compression ratio. Due to a significant improvement in image quality,4K Ultra HD video (4096x2160) with a dramatically increase in video data and transmission rate puts forward higher requirements in video codec technology, hardware processing level, software architecture and transmisson etc.Fast intra prediction algorithm is one of the keys to improve the coding efficiency, this paper proposed a block partition optimization algorithm by using FMAD to characterize image complexity. An intra mode fast selection algorithm that is based on Hadamard transform and texture angle is also proposed, experimental results show that the optimized coding performance is significantly improved.Rate control is aiming at better matching the coding output with the transmission channel. This paper studies the rate control algorithm based on R-lambda model, then proposes and implement adaptive bit allocation optimized process based on SATD, which significantly improves the rate control quality.Overall design of HD IP Camera system is completed, hardware platform is built successfully from the perspective of image transmission with hardware design and circuit principle. System server and client software is implemented for functions and stability tests, which meets the actual demand. Finally, based on the whole platform, x265 is studied and applied to verify the actual effect of different rate control modes.This paper proposes a fast optimized algorithm based on texture complexity and Hadamard transform, also proposes an adaptive bit allocation optimization algorithm, designs and implement the entire system with high versatility and stability. All outputs confirm that these works are of high theoretical and practical value.
