| With the increase in the volume of express delivery business,the growth in demand for terminal distribution,and the improvement of customers’ requirements for timeliness,especially in order to meet the demand for non-contact distribution during the epidemic,under the background of rising labor costs,the application of unmanned vehicles to complete distribution tasks is more and more and more widely.However,since the current unmanned vehicle express delivery uses an unmanned delivery vehicle that integrates an unmanned vehicle and a courier cabinet,the customer can only go to the next location after the customer has completed the pickup operation or when the waiting time reaches the upper limit,increasing the waiting time of the customer,reducing the delivery efficiency and service quality of unmanned vehicles.In order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of terminal sorting and distribution,this paper proposes a new mode of unmanned vehicle delivery,which separates the unmanned vehicle from the express cabinet,improves delivery efficiency and reduces delivery costs.First of all,combined with the relevant announcements and data of the State Post Bureau,this paper conducts an in-depth background analysis of the research topic,and expounds the social significance of the research,which makes the writing of the topic more systematic and complete.Then,referring to the literature related to site selection,pre-sorting and unmanned vehicle route optimization at home and abroad,the relevant research characteristics are summarized,and based on this,the innovation points and ideas of this research are put forward.For the following distribution point location selection,pre-sorting process optimization and the establishment and solution of the unmanned vehicle path optimization model,the relevant materials and basis are accumulated.Secondly,combined with the research status,this paper proposes a new mode of unmanned vehicle delivery,which separates the unmanned vehicle from the express cabinet,and uses the location of the movable express cabinet as the placement point,and based on the location results of the resettlement points,the pre-sorting process is further optimized and designed,and a fast retrieval model corresponding to the address of the building to which the shipment belongs and the location of the resettlement point is constructed to improve the sorting efficiency of the shipment.In this paper,after referring to the vehicle path optimization problem and related literature on solving algorithm research,a path optimization model for simultaneous pickup and delivery of unmanned vehicles with a time window is further constructed,and the improved A*algorithm is used to achieve obstacle avoidance for unmanned vehicles,and based on the obstacle avoidance path between the distribution settlement points,the optimal path of the unmanned vehicle is solved by using the genetic algorithm,and the optimal obstacle avoidance path for the unmanned vehicle to return to the distribution center after starting from the distribution center is realized.Finally,this paper analyzes the related models constructed.Based on the resettlement site selection model and the designed pre-sorting retrieval model,combined with specific data,this paper further conducts a case analysis of the unmanned vehicle path planning model.Through case study analysis,comparing the time to solve the model by the traditional A*algorithm,it is found that the improved algorithm solves the problem more efficiently,and the total transportation distance of the unmanned vehicle under the new mode is reduced when the demand is the same,which further verifies the rationality of the path planning model and the improved algorithm in this paper.The final results show that under the new mode of unmanned vehicle delivery proposed in this paper,the pre-sorting and delivery path optimization method of unmanned vehicles based on the improved A*algorithm can improve the utilization rate of unmanned vehicles,improve delivery efficiency,and reduce the overall cost of unmanned vehicles delivery system,provide new ideas for the express logistics industry to use unmanned vehicles for efficient distribution. |
