Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)is a type of the 3D printing technology,it has the advantages of fast forming speed,no pollution,low noise and low cost,and has been paid attention to by all walks of life.For this reason,major manufacturers are constantly exploring ways to improve printing quality.Nowadays,the development of FDM equipment has matured,and there is not much difference in equipment performance between various manufacturers.As the control software of 3D printing,the slicing software plays an indispensable position in the printing process,which plays a decisive role in the printing quality.The performance of the slicing software will directly determine the quality of the printing quality.And as FDM equipment gradually enters the commercial market from the industrial market,slicing software should also transform from complex and simple industrial software to beautiful and concise commercial software.To this end,based on the open source software Cura,a slicing software Qidi Print adapted to the X series produced by Qidi TECH was developed.This paper first introduces Cura's software structure from the perspective of layered architecture,and then describes it's required development environment and compilation process.And introduced the XSeries FDM 3D printer from Qidi and developed the slicing software Qidi Print.Then from the perspective of model fine processing,some schemes for dealing with printing defects are given: the custom supports algorithm is optimized to improve the efficiency of custom supports;the horizontal expansion and Z offset algorithm are designed to improve the dimensional accuracy of the model;several special printing modes and model repair functions are designed.Finally,through the analysis of the printing process control,some common printing defect problems are solved: the retraction and coasting can effectively reduce the wire drawing;to fill the lack of wire in the model,the travel prime algorithm is designed;the nozzle ironing function can make the rough top surface of model become smooth and smooth;a layer-level fine control method is designed to reduce the appearance of the step effect.
