In the field of modern communication,wireless communication has replaced the way of traditional communication and has been widely used,especially in the field of aerospace vehicles using a large number of wireless communications electronic equipment.Conformal antenna,as a new technology in wireless electronic communication equipment,is getting more attention.A complete radio frequency system is included in a conformal antenna system,the parts of the radio frequency system are all integrated in a multi-layer design which can be cut into various structure shapes to form an intelligent structure which is consistent with the bearing body shape.Therefore,the high precision manufacturing technology of conformal antenna is a great challenge to the development of the structure of micro conformal loading antenna.In this paper,based on the extrusion forming and laser melting,combined with the flexible manufacturing technology,keep on a research on a conformal 3D printing system.This printing system provides the possibility to solve the high precision manufacturing of conformal antenna.The research of conformal 3D printing system is a research of system integration,the whole printing system mainly composed of three subsystems,and they are laser sintering system and the motion of a manipulator control system,dispensing system.According to the characteristics and parameters of each system,to build the control system,and achieve the communication between the subsystems and linkage functions.The motion control system is the core of conformal printing system,it is selected as the DensoVP-6242 G manipulator,and the system is programmed by the way of offline programming.To analyze the kinematics of the manipulator is the base of the offline programming and trajectory planning.In this paper,it according to the parameters and characteristics of VP-6242 G Denso manipulator,the forward and inverse kinematics analysis of the manipulator is carried out,the calibration of the coordinate of the work piece and the tool is accomplished,the coordinate transformation of the trajectory model and the design of data link is completed and relized.After completing the hardware construction and coordinate calibration of the printing system,and then the experiments will be carried on the printing system.First of all,this experiment is carried out on the plane,mainly to print conductive silver wire,silicone rubber,resin based composite material,silicon carbide ceramics,and the influence of the main technological parameters of the printing system on the manufacturing of the work piece is also explored.According to the process parameters of the plane experiment,the track laying experiment of the free curve and the butterfly conformal antenna on the surface of the cylinder is completed,these experiments verify the possibility of the conformal antenna system.
