As a rapidly developing additive manufacturing technology,3D printing is widely used in various fields and has broad development prospects.This article focuses on the optimization of surface quality of fused deposition printed parts in 3D printing.Based on the analysis and analysis of 3MF file composition,data structure and extraction,this paper reconstructs the 3MF model entity and plane color in three dimensions,and derives the 3MF model rotation,scaling and translation theory,which provides the basis for the development of host computer software.In this paper,the influence of printing parameters on the surface quality is studied and analyzed.Based on the observation of the cross-sectional morphology of the extruded wire,the drum-shaped deformation assumption and the uniform expansion deformation assumption are proposed,and the surface roughness calculation model of each molding surface is established..By comparing the results of the surface roughness calculation models under the two assumptions,it is shown that the uniformly expanded deformation assumption surface roughness calculation model simplifies the calculation process while maintaining the same accuracy.This paper uses genetic algorithm to optimize the printing parameters.Using the weight coefficient method,different roughness weights are given to each plane to construct fitness function.Based on C#Winform platform to develop genetic algorithm operation framework and write genetic algorithm initialization,calculation and solution and results output and other functions.Based on C#Winform and SharpGL graphics library,this paper develops the host computer software.The spatial operation functions such as 3MF model rotation,zoom,and translation are designed.The functions of genetic algorithm optimization and weight setting are designed,and the open source slicing software Slice3r is embedded in the processing software,which realizes the functions of slice layering,path filling and generating Gcode code.Gcode code reading function is designed to communicate with the printer in USB mode and realize online printing.By comparing the model surface roughness before and after optimization,the optimization effect of surface quality was verified.The results show that the written software can achieve the target function,and the proposed optimization algorithm can effectively optimize the surface quality of FDM printed parts.
