With the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence and robot technology,the intelligent logistics industry has developed rapidly,which aim at efficient,accurate,and timely targets.Nowadays,handling robots and sorting robots are common in major logistics warehouses.However,the mobile robot that performs the last-kilometer distribution task needs some breakthroughs in technology to realize the delivery of goods in a complex external environment,among which the precise outdoor positioning and navigation function is a research focus.In this paper,the intelligent car with the simplest structure among mobile robots is taken as the research object.The geographic coordinates of the intelligent car were obtained through the satellite navigation and positioning technology,then combined it with the upper computer software possessed map data to successfully design an intelligent car system.The system can realize positioning,tracking and navigation functions in a complex outdoor environment.Firstly,the system hardware platform was built.The STM32 microprocessor was selected as the MCU,and the GPS positioning module,wireless communication module,electronic compass module,intelligent voice recognition module,and ultrasonic obstacle avoidance modules were used to design the system hardware circuit.After collecting the current position information of the car,it was sent to the upper computer through the proposed protocol package,and received the driving path coordinates from the upper computer.With the assistance of the ultrasonic obstacle avoidance system,the car was controlled by an algorithm to complete the navigation task.Secondly,based on Baidu map API,the upper computer software was developed.The functions of map display,center point acquisition,Marker icon addition,etc.were realized by integrating the map SDK in the project The analyzed car position coordinates were matched on the map to realize the positioning function of the system.In addition,combined with Sug and POI search,a fast destination search function was developed.The path planning function class was used to realize the route planning of the car.After the algorithm obtains and transforms the route coordinates,they were sent to the car through the protocol package,which provided the basis for the navigation of the car.At the same time,the upper computer continuously refreshed the planning route layer according to the received car position information to realize the tracking of car driving position.Finally,by testing the implementation of each function of the system and optimizing the navigation algorithm in terms of the actual situation,the final task of driving to the destination according to the predetermined route was realized,as well as the error affecting the accuracy of the system was analyzed briefly.
