| The paper is based on the IEC61131-3 standard programmable controller development environment CASS(Computer Assist Special System)2.0,which aims at meeting the requirements of developers in industrial field for specific motion control.In this paper,a method for creating custom function blocks was proposed.With the widespread use of the programmable controller,the number of function blocks designed by different software has been increasing rapidly,which brings great inconvenience to developers in selecting function blocks to program.In order to solve this problem,a smart recommendation model for graph controls in the programmable controller field was proposed.The main tasks of this paper are shown as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of engineers' increasing demand for function blocks,a Function Blocks Custom System for industrial control field was proposed and implemented.This system,which based on the creation method of function blocks,are applied with Model View Controller(MVC)architecture;(2)By using the Graph Control Custom System,a large number of custom function blocks are constructed and it brings great inconvenience to developers in selecting function blocks to program.In order to solve this problem,the Function Blocks Recommendation Model,which based on Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM),was proposed.This model is trained with a large number of codes extracted from real programmable controller project,and which makes it easier to make the recommendation result of the model as close as possible to the potential function blocks used by the developer;(3)According to the experimental results of the Graph Control Custom System,it is shown that the Graph Control Custom System can meet the needs of the developer well.By analyzing the running results of the recommended algorithm module of the system,it was proved that the intelligent recommendation algorithm of the function block can effectively improve developers' productivity. |
