In this paper,the antenna in broadband system is taken as the main research object.As the most front-end and basic component of a wireless communication system,the performance of antenna directly determines the performance of the entire broadband system.Designing a good broadband antenna has a qualitative leap in performance improvement for the entire wireless system.This paper focuses on low-profile,small-volume,lightweight planar broadband antennas.The theory of automated design and Optimization for small broadband printed antenna is mainly studied,and proposes several planar broadband and ultra-wideband antennas generated through automated design.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Propose an automated design method based on shape blending algorithm.In this way,a microstrip slot antenna is designed to verify the feasibility of this method,and obtaine the optimal antenna.In the process of antenna design,the overall shape of the antenna is fused,optimized,and the antenna obtained by the shape blending algorithm is simulated and analyzed.The feasibility of using the shape blending algorithm to optimize the antenna slot shape blend is verified,which improves the performance of the antenna to some extent.2.A series of frequency-shifted antennas based on shape blending algorithm are proposed.The antenna adopts a structure of a coplanar waveguide feeding,the radiation patch is square,and has a wide slot formed by shape blending.The resonance frequency of these antennas will shift with the shape of the antenna slot changes.After optimization and simulation,these antennas can shift from 6GHz to 9GHz and have omni-directional characteristics,and the average gain can reach 3.5d Bi.We also process and test the series of antennas,and the test results show that the series of antennas do have frequency shift characteristics,which is of great significance for the design of antennas with specific frequency points.It is also an affirmation of the universality and expansibility of the antenna design using the shape blending algorithm.3.An ultra wideband antenna based on shape blending algorithm is proposed.The antenna adopts a structure of a coplanar waveguide feeding,the radiation patch is rectangular,and has a wide slot formed by shape blending.Different impedance bandwidths are obtained by applying the algorithm to change the shape of the wide slot of the antenna.In this paper,the optimal antenna obtained is simulated.The simulation results show that the working frequency band of the antenna optimized by the shape blending algorithm completely covers the UWB band and has good omnidirectional radiation and stable gain.
