With the development of Industry 4.0 in recent years and the large-scale introduction of intelligent equipment in industrial enterprises,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the functions and performance of the equipment management system in the factory area.Traditional enterprise equipment management systems have many drawbacks,such as still relying on traditional workers to manually enter equipment information.Device exception handling is not timely.The degree of intelligent management of equipment maintenance is relatively low.Equipment management system operation and maintenance deployment methods are backward.With the development of cloud computing technology,establishing an enterprise private cloud platform has become the focus of industrial information system development.The continuous development of microservice architecture and emerging virtualization technology Docker,based on Docker container technology to build PaaS cloud platform,is used to provide microservices,lightweight,efficient and agile new application operation and maintenance deployment methods.Combined with the enterprise's demand for device management functions and the company's own business characteristics,a device management cloud platform is built from practical applications.It can realize unified monitoring and scheduling of system resources,faster development and deployment,facilitate iterative upgrade of system versions,and save development costs.It can bring huge economic benefits for enterprises and enhance their own competitiveness.After a series of technical investigations,in order to solve the problem of low deployment efficiency of existing equipment management systems,a cloud platform for equipment management systems based on Docker technology and Kubernetes technology was proposed.After analyzing the advantages of Docker container technology,PaaS cloud service was established based on Docker.Traditional equipment management system deployment methods have many drawbacks.Combined with the future development direction of cloud platformization of industrial intelligent systems,a micro-service equipment management system deployment architecture was designed,and the advantages of container technology in the application of equipment management system cloud platforms were analyzed.Through specific image construction,image management and distribution,deployment examples,and implementation of mobile application deployment solutions,the feasibility of device management cloud platform design solutions has been verified,simplifying the deployment process of device management applications,and improving System development and deployment efficiency.Through the test of each functional module of the system,the results show that the platform can better meet the application requirements of industrial enterprise equipment management and verify the effectiveness of related technologies.The cloud platform provides functions such as resource monitoring,resource scheduling,convenient development and continuous delivery,operation and maintenance deployment,version update,automatic packaging and generation of mobile applications,etc.,which is a good guarantee for enterprise applications.
