With the increasing development of business in communications and internet, business management has become an important research direction。It is an important driving force to promote the development of the information technology, and it is also an important part of the development of the cloud computing technology at present. Currently, in the cloud computing PaaS platform business management, customers’ demands are changing autonomously and unpredictably, and they are out of the control of cloud providers. While cloud providers have to provide the satisfying QoS for customers, and the QoS assurance can be achieved by service level agreement. Based on the background and the specific requirements, this thesis aimed at studying how to add SLA to the cloud computing PaaS platform, according to the relevant standard of telecom service level agreement, combined with the current development trends of cloud computing PaaS platform business management.Ruby on Rails, Json, Javascript, Jquery, Ajax and other technologies are used in this thesis to design and implement a SLA-driven PaaS platform business management system.Firstly, the SLA-related technology, QoS theory, knowledge of the cloud computing PaaS platform, Rails development framework and Ajax technology are introduced in the thesis. Then, the whole system requirements are analyzed, including functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Functional requirements include SLA management requirement, SLS management requirement and. user’ management requirement, non-functional requirements describe the system requirements for safety, ease of use, reliability, scalability and database in detail. Based on the analysis of requirements, the outline design scheme for the system is designed in the thesis, the three aspects of the system in the physical structure, the logical structure and the interface are described in the outline design. In the chapter of the design and implementation of the system, the thesis describes the implementation process of each functional module and the database, and shows the implemented Web interface, combined with flow charts and the implementation of the core code.In the subsequent chapter, the thesis describes the deployment environment and test of the system, and analyzes the results. Finally, the work results of the author and the issue carried out in the thesis are summarized, and then the future work is discussed.
