In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce,domestic retail companies have implemented O2O(Online To Offline, which combines offline business opportunities with the Internet to make the Internet the front line of offline transactions)in order to cope with the impact of e-commerce.Entity stores are the key link for the implementation of O2O.entity stores delivery have changed the previous mode in which customers online purchasing can only be delivered from exclusive e-commerce warehouses. They can flexibly choose to ship from entity stores near merchants to meet customer experience. At the same time as extremely fast and precise logistics,it also helps merchants to reduce warehousing costs. In reality, there are differences in customer orders. Each customer has different demands for different products, and the inventory capacity of each entity store and the type of goods owned by each entity store are different. In this case,it is necessary to split the customer orders at this point. Therefore, when implementing the O2O transformation strategy,it is necessary for retail enterprises to split orders first according to the physical inventory of entity stores and then to carry out logistics distribution. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the problem of O2O logistics distribution based on order splitting. This article aims at the order distribution and logistics distribution problems faced by the optimization of logistics distribution in retail companies in the context of O2O.Considering the convenience of entity store returns,it proposes a strategy to split customer orders only by product sorting and distribute various products from multiple entity stores,And build a logistics distribution optimization system based on order splitting with the minimum logistics cost.In this paper, through the research on the distribution of single order and multi-product orders under the delivery mode of O2O chain enterprise stores,it is found that it is with great similarities comparing to the Multi-Depot Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window(MDVRPTW).After consulting a large number of documents,it is found that in the current large-scale MDVRPTW,the optimization strategy of first assigning customers to vehicle yards and then solving VRP for each vehicle yard is often adopted. This paper adopts the same strategy and proposes a two-stage heuristic algorithm to solve the problem.First of all,the most commonly used order distribution principle of order distribution in e-commerce enterprises is used to distribute all customer orders to entity stores, and then a tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the optimal logistics distribution path of each entity store. Finally, the validity of the model and algorithm is verified by constructing calculation examples.
