Under the E-commerce environment, the construction of urban logisticsnetwork is facing enormous challenges. There are many core problems to solve, such as aggregation and classification of the demand of orders, the design ofdistribution patterns, the design of distribution network topology, the location offacilities in the distribution network, routing optimization, distribution networkcost optimization, logistics network efficiency optimization and the summarizeof the distribution network construction methodology.Based on the study fields of e-commerce network optimization, the mainwork in this paper to solve these problems was divided into five parts as follows.First, after reading a lot of related literature of logistics network optimization, combined with the laboratory project experience, we proposed a generalmethodology to build an optimized urban E-commerce logistics network, whichis a three-stage method that combined qualitative methods with quantitativemethods. Second, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of existinge-commerce logistics model and application scenarios, we gave a distributionmodel to adapt the characteristics of urban E-commerce logistics network, which is a common distribution model that integrated whole logistics resourcesin the city. After the distribution model was proposed, we concluded the keyissues to design the topology of the distribution network and proposed athree-tier network topology. Third, to solve the polymerization of the needs, facilities locations and routing problem, we introduced an order density modeland complex network model and designed proper algorithms to solve this model.Fourth, we developed a computer application to achieve the entire computing modeling and solving process, and verified the correctness of the model andalgorithm by comparing the results. The first chapter described the background of the study, conducted a briefsummary of the current progress and proposed the content and structure of thepaper. The second chapter described current study in detail, pointed out theexisted problems and designed the technical route of the paper. The third chapterdesigned on key issues of urban logistics network optimization, includingmethodology, logistics model, topology structure, quantitative models andalgorithm. The fifth chapter summarized the research work of this paper andpointed out the probable next steps of the research. The last part of the articleincluded references, appendices, thanks, published papers and projects.
