At present,artificial intelligence has grown into a driving force of economic growth for our country and presented a new opportunity of social development.The cross-border integrated application of "artificial intelligence+archives" will have a significant impact on the relevant concepts,methods,contents and personnel to archive services,making archives and its services more intelligent with the emerging artificial intelligence,thus empowering the intelligent transformation and upgrading to archive management.Whether at home and abroad,there have been studies conducted on the feasibility of applying artificial intelligence to archive management and the construction of theoretical model.However,there is still no academic research that involves case studies on the current state and practical application of "artificial intelligence+archives".That is to say,there remains a gap of systematic research focusing on the "artificial intelligence+" archive intelligent service system.Therefore,it is proposed in this paper that the "artificial intelligence+" archives intelligent service system is theoretically capable to promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading to the archives businesses,which is of much theoretical value and practical significance.Starting with "artificial intelligence+" archive intelligent services,this paper focuses on the substantial impact of artificial intelligence on archive services,explores and summarizes the relevant cases both at home and abroad.Then,from both micro and macro perspectives,a systematic and comprehensive study is performed on the construction of intelligent service system applied in archives and the difficulties facing it.The research consists of five sections as follows.In the first part one,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced from a theoretical perspective,based on which the current state,content and methods of research,as well as the innovations and difficulties of the research conducted both at home and abroad are elaborated on.The second one focuses on explaining the basic concepts associated with artificial intelligence and file services,including the connotation and core technology of artificial intelligence,the concept of"artificial intelligence+",the concept of smart services and archive intelligent services,as well as the "artificial intelligence+" archive intelligent services.In the third one,the intelligent service system of "artificial intelligence+" archives is constructed on four levels,which are infrastructure layer,archive resource layer,technology processing layer and service application layer,based on which an in-depth exploration is conducted into the exemplary applications of "artificial intelligence+archives",both at home and abroad.In the meantime,a discussion is conducted about how artificial intelligence could empower the smart services offered by archives,which leads to the development of an "artificial intelligence+" archives smart service system.In the fourth one,a systematic study is conducted on the dilemma encountered by the construction of the archives intelligent service system from four different perspectives,including concept,resources,technology and personnel.At the present time,there remain various issues surrounding service ethics,archive data confidentiality and personal privacy,technical development constraints and application risks,personnel substitution crisis,innovation requirements and so on.In the last one,a proposal is made to improve the ethical standards and laws on artificial intelligence,optimize and protect archive data,enhance technological progress and security defense,promote human-machine coexistence thinking,provide librarian training,and so on,which is aimed at providing reference for the intelligent transformation and upgrading to the further development of archives across China.
