Information perception and acquisition processing is the foundation of Internet of Things applications.More and more test and measurement tasks require networked sensor systems as test platforms to achieve intelligent perception that combines high precision,high speed,diversity,and flexibility.Therefore,traditional sensors are in the transition to new sensors.The characteristics of the new sensors are miniaturization,digitization,intelligence,multifunctional,and networking.It not only promotes the transformation of traditional industries,but also leads to the rise of new IoT industries and becomes a new economic growth point.In this process,the requirements It is unrealistic and unnecessary for all traditional enterprises to have digital intelligent processing module development and production capabilities.Therefore,the digital intelligent processing module has developed into an independent functional module in the sensor system and has become a unique production line.However,the technical barriers of such modules are diverse.How to solve these problems and realize the localization of such products with high performance is a problem worthy to study.This paper analyzes the key technologies and development directions of today's high-performance sensor intelligent processing platforms by investigating related domestic and foreign smart sensor products and cutting-edge literature.The key technologies and difficulties are,firstly,the selection of the sensor unit and the optimized design of the signal conditioning circuit,how to associate the weak signal of the input stage with a small interference input system,and secondly,the use of an embedded operating system to provide multi-function for the sensor processing platform The basis of multi-tasking,real-time,and the room for function expansion and transplantation.At the same time,the application of each bus interface technology in the sensor processing platform used in modularization is also discussed.Thirdly,the advanced wireless communication method used by the IoT-based sensor system is also discussed.Finally,research and analysis,the core of the software algorithm in the sensor processing platform is the digital filtering algorithm,which is the most efficient and cost-effective method for optimizing the quality of sensor signal processing.This paper combines the design goals of the key R&D project in Shandong Province,and selects hardware.The STM32F429 processor and the ADS 1261 analog-to-digital conversion chip are used as the core devices,and the sensor intelligent processing hardware platform is supplemented by related communication storage modules.The three embedded operating systems were compared and analyzed.The ?C/OS-? real-time system was selected as the operating system.According to the frequency and time domain filtering design ideas,a multi-stage time-varying IIR filter was designed,Kalman filter,and the method for controlling the core output through software to excite the sensor.Finally,the system was applied in the field of load-sensing and tested and verified to achieve the design function and goal.
